We will make a site visit to discuss your needs and requirements, provide some helpful suggestions and advice, then survey your site/proposed site and produce a detailed feasibility report with a guideline budget, basic floor plan and a wealth of information on materials and techniques. We'll also look for any hidden pitfalls and problems (technical, financial or environmental) that might affect your plans.

We will not only assess the feasibility of the studio construction, but will also take into account the cost of wiring, soundproofing, acoustic design/treatment and equipment, to ensure that nothing is left to chance. If we don't think your budget will stretch, we will also suggest areas where you can cut cost, or alternative materials/equipment suggestions that could turn a non-starter into a roaring success.
